Every product is cruelty-free, thoughtfully formulated, and backed by science.
Are Naristha® products suitable for all skin types?
Yes! Our range is designed to be inclusive. Whether you have oily, dry, combination, or sensitive skin, our products are formulated to be gentle yet effective. That said, since every individual’s skin is unique, we always recommend doing a patch test before incorporating any new product into your routine.
Are Naristha® products dermatologist-tested?
Absolutely. All Naristha® products undergo rigorous dermatological testing before they reach you. Our formulas are clinically validated for safety and efficacy, so you can trust what you’re putting on your skin.
Are your products free from harmful chemicals?
Yes. Naristha® follows clean beauty standards inspired by K-Beauty philosophy. Our products are free from harsh, unnecessary additives. We prioritize ingredient transparency and use formulations that are safe for regular use. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.
Are Naristha® products vegan and cruelty-free?

How do I know which Naristha® product is right for me?
We recommend starting with your primary skin concern — whether it’s dullness, dehydration, dark circles, or clogged pores. Our website categorizes products by concern and skin type. If you’re still unsure, our customer support team at help@narishta.com is happy to guide you toward the right product.
What payment methods does Naristha® accept?
We accept all major payment modes including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us at help@narishta.com with your order ID and reason. Once processed, cancellations are confirmed within 24 hours. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is successfully placed. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery timelines apply based on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders faster than Tier 2/3 cities. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey in real time.
Do you ship across all of India?
We ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. In rare cases where your pin code is not serviceable by our delivery partners, you will be notified at checkout.
Are shipping charges refundable?
No. Shipping charges (if applicable) and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including in the case of a return or refund for a damaged/wrong product.
Does Naristha® accept returns?
Naristha® products are non-refundable for change of mind or personal preference. Returns and replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
- A product is missing from your order
All return/replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by an unboxing video of the parcel.
How do I raise a return or replacement request?
Follow these three simple steps:
Step 1 — Email help@narishta.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID.Step 2 — Attach a clear image of the product along with the shipping box, invoice, and an unboxing video.Step 3 — Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–4 business days and initiate replacement or refund upon receiving the product in its original, sealed, and labelled packaging.
Under what conditions will my return request be rejected?
Return requests will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, opened, or tampered with
- The return is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Original packaging, seals, labels, barcodes, or freebies are missing or damaged
- The reason is a change of mind or personal dislike
- The product was part of a Sale or Clearance section (unless damaged/wrong)
The item is a free gift/freebie from the brand
Can I return individual products from a Kit, Set, or Combo?
No. Individual products from a Kit, Set, or Combo are not eligible for standalone returns or replacement. The entire bundle will be replaced only in cases of verified damage or defect.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 15–17 days from the date Naristha® receives the returned product.
- Prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking): Refund is credited back to the original payment source within 10–11 working days.
- COD orders: Refund is processed via bank transfer or UPI within 72 business hours of receiving the product and your bank details. An additional 2–3 business days may be needed for the amount to reflect in your account.
Are COD charges refunded?
No. Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Should I do a patch test before using Naristha® products?
Yes, we highly recommend it — even for dermatologist-tested products. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours before full application. If you experience any redness, irritation, or discomfort, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
